چکیده
Abstract Chlorpyrifos is an organophosphate insecticide. It has low aqueous solubility, volatile and non-mobile, moderately persistent in soil, highly toxic to mammals, acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. The main use of chlorpyrifos control various types agricultural pests. This study aims determine the absorption residues maize plants. was conducted July-December 2019. Experimental research at Jakenan experimental field on land contaminated with residue. used a hybrid variety NK 6172 Perkasa. Pesticide residue analysis carried out Laboratory Agricultural Environmental Research Institute (IAERI). results showed that highest stalks leaf value 0.0318-0.5682 mg kg −1 but still below maximum limit (MRL) 10 recommended by National Standardization Agency Indonesia. concentration chlorpyriphos grain 0.0014-0.2203 (MRL=0.05 ). Chlorpyriphos soil 0.0148-0.0786 (MRL=3.2 ), lowest root (<0.0014 Information distribution soils can be helpful as early warning about insecticides food safety measures.

Maize (Zea mays L.).
Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation is an effective method for introducing genes into maize. In this chapter, we describe a detailed protocol for genetic transformation of the maize genotype Hi II. Our starting plant material is immature embryos cocultivated with an Agrobacterium strain carrying a standard binary vector. In addition to step-by-step laboratory transformation proced...

ISHER (1918) provided a framework for the characterization of genotypic variance whereby he partitioned it into three components: ( 1 ) a portion associated with the average effects of genes, (2) a portion associated with dominance effects (allelic interactions) of genes, and (3) a portion associated with epistatic effects (nonallelic interactions) of genes. A logical method for the further sub...
متن کاملGenome-wide analysis of cyclins in maize (Zea mays).
Cyclins are primary regulators of the activity of cyclin-dependent kinases and play crucial roles in cell cycle progression in eukaryotes. Although extensive studies have revealed the roles of some cyclins and underlying mechanisms in plants, relatively few cyclins have been functionally analyzed in maize. We identified 59 cyclins in the maize genome, distributed on 10 chromosomes; these were g...
متن کاملCloning and expression analysis of hemoglobin genes from maize (Zea mays ssp. mays) and teosinte (Zea mays ssp. parviglumis).
With the exception of barley and rice, little is known about the existence of hemoglobins (Hbs) in cereals. This work reports the cloning and analysis of hb genes from maize (Zea mays ssp. mays) and teosinte (Zea mays ssp. parviglumis). Coding sequences of maize and teosinte hb genes (hbm and hbt, respectively) are highly similar to each other and are interrupted by three introns located at ide...
متن کاملDistribution of the glutamine synthetase isozyme GSp1 in maize (Zea mays).
In maize (Zea mays L.), GSp1, the predominant GS isozyme of the developing kernel, is abundant in the pedicel and pericarp, but absent from the endosperm and embryo. Determinations of GSp1 tissue distribution in vegetative tissues have been limited thus far to root and leaves, where the isozyme is absent. However, the promoter from the gene encoding GSp1 has been shown to drive reporter gene ex...
